Email is the fastest way to reach us. We typically respond within two U.S. business days, although complex privacy or legal requests may take longer.
What to include
- The page URL (for example, the calculator or project calculator you were using).
- The inputs you entered and the result you expected.
- Your ZIP code or region, if the question is about pricing.
- A screenshot or the exported PDF, if something looks wrong on screen.
What we can help with
- Estimator, quantity, or pricing corrections.
- Missing materials, regions, or project types you would like to see.
- PDF export, saved-project, and sign-in problems.
- Privacy requests, including access, correction, and deletion of your data.
- Affiliate, partnership, media, and advertising inquiries.
What we cannot do
- We cannot provide engineering, structural, code, or permit determinations, or approve a design for construction.
- We cannot certify quantities for permitting, financing, or insurance purposes.
- We cannot schedule, supervise, or accept responsibility for contractor work.
- We cannot sell materials or take orders; purchases happen on the retailer site.
Contractor quote requests
The quote request form is optional. If you submit it, we store your request and, where we work with contractor or lead partners in your area, we will share your project details with them so they can contact you about your project. To withdraw the request, ask the partner directly to stop contacting you, or email us with "Withdraw quote request" in the subject line and we will remove your details from future forwarding.
Privacy and legal requests
Send privacy requests to the same address with "Privacy request" in the subject line so we can route them quickly. Details on what we collect and the rights available to you are in our Privacy Policy.
